PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Management service focuses on delivering on time cost and quality across the entire development cycle, on a wide range of asset classes. We manage the overall project risk through process from conception through to delivery through design documentation, managing permits and authorities, and being the point of contact for the Principal contractor and all Consultants, ensuring project quality..
SUPERINTENDENT
As superintendent we focus on on-site management, day-to-day operations, and direct oversight of the Principal Contractor. We act as the Principal’s agent and ensure the project adheres to the agreed-upon standards and timelines. Administering the construction contract, including reviewing and approving progress payments and variation orders. Assessing validity of Variations, EOT Claims and latent conditions. Ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications. Reviewing and approving progress payments to contractors, issuing variation orders as needed, and making sure all contractual obligations are fulfilled Issue and oversee issue of Practical Completion certificate and handover.
DEVELOPMENT
Our development service goes beyond the project management scope, in terms of feasibility and highest and best use of the asset. We ensure all planning approvals are met, sales marketing and leasing strategy has been developed. handover and settlement with the critical focus being customer and tenant experience.
ADVISORY
Our advisory service provides a conclusive development recommendation which include undertaking a comprehensive due diligence exercise to assist in determining the viability of each opportunity. We report and liaise with relevant stakeholders to undertake a gap analysis of the current project assumptions, and assist in preparing feasibility and development models. Service includes Feasibility. Highest and best use analysis, transaction advise and capital raising.
